In June 2018, the General Administration of Customs promulgated Notice No. 60 and Notice No. 61, revised the Code for Filling Customs Declaration Forms for Import and Export Goods of the People's Republic of China, and revised the Format for Filing Customs Declaration Forms for Import and Export Goods, which will be implemented on August 1, 2018.

The integrated declaration project is a landmark reform measure of customs integration, which will change the existing customs declaration process and operation mode of enterprises.

After sorting out and integrating, 229 original declaration items and 105 declaration items were merged and streamlined, and the codes of 8 original declaration items and declaration items such as national (regional), port and currency system were unified. Seven of them adopted national standard codes or established corresponding relations with national standards.
